Arrive on time or early for your appointment to avoid having your reserved time cut short.
Give the therapist feedback of your comfort and special troubled areas .
Share public space respectfully with other spa guests.
Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
Do not bring young children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children.
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. Gratuities are not expected but appreciated and based according to your experience and desire to do so.

Group bookings or individual appointments over 3 hours will require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation. We regret a service fee at 50% of the service price may be charged without ample notice. A credit card number will be required to hold your reservation.
It is recommended that you reserve an appointment with us in advance to accommodate the time that works best for you. Walk-in appointments will be honored if possible, but availability will depend on pre-scheduled appointments.
